I was diagnosed with a rare type of stroke, so I was placed in neuro ICU at Redwood City. It was an extremely difficult time for my family and me, especially not knowing what to expect. One of my first experiences with the nurses was with Matt. Matt helped alleviate the stress for me and my family and took the time to make sure all of my questions were answered. I have been a strong believer in patient care, I had the opportunity to see from the perspective of a patient, patient's family, and the individual providing care. I believe that patient care is incredibly important. Matt went above and beyond, and his care will always be remembered when I think of my hospitalization. Thanks again.
