Matt demonstrated care in listening to my questions and either responded with an answer or sought an answer from others quickly.
This is the third time I have been in the hospital. The first time, I felt I needed to advise you all of the exceptional service Matt Roberson provided me over the last two days. The following are some tasks he provided me:
1.) Excellent bedside manner in dealing with my care.
2.) Matt demonstrated care in listening to my questions and either responded with an answer or sought an answer from others quickly.
3.) He listened to all my concerns with care and compassion. I never felt like he was in a rush to see others. Although I recognized he had others to help as well.
4.) Matt took me for my first walk. He was patient with me during our walk.
5.) He removed my catheter pain-free. His desire to help me over the last two days has meant a lot to me. I am very grateful for his care. I am confident he will continue to be a wonderful nurse and of great benefit to Kaiser. I hope he is recognized by Kaiser for the care he provided me.
