Matt Lay made an extraordinary effort to get an ICU jet scheduled as soon as possible for my mother, who needed to be repatriated from St. Anthony, New Foundland, to St. Al's in Boise. Matt made several phone calls each day and came to work on his days off to continue his effort to bring my mother and me home. He made a distinct difference in the unorganized process. Matt maintained good communication not only with me but also with the different people and organizations involved in my mother's repatriation. MATT IS AN INCREDIBLE PROFESSIONAL. I AM SO VERY GRATEFUL TO HAVE HAD HIS STRENGTH, KNOWLEDGE, AND SUPPORT THROUGH THE PROCESS. Grateful for Matt.
