I've been to the ER many times for myself and my two daughters. Every time we see Matt, he is working hard to make sure all patients are set up well. He goes out of his way to make sure my children are comfortable, maybe a snack, or if they need medicine for pain or fever, he is quick to get it to us. He answers any questions without complaints and just makes sure everyone is set before we leave. My family has had him as a nurse many times and has always been happy beyond words for his work and the dedication he puts in. I just wanted to thank him for his outstanding work, from sickness, to sprains, or even constipation. We greatly appreciate you.
