My dad was admitted to the 5th floor in July. He was hallucinating and very confused. My dad was scared and didn’t really understand what was happening to him. I can not say enough kind words about Matt. Matt would listen to my dad and would let him know that he was safe. He showed compassion, dignity, and respect to him. My brother and I never experienced anything like this before and Matt would take the time with us to inform us what the doctors were saying and what we needed to do. My family just wanted a way to say “Thank You” to Matt for giving such excellent care to my dad.
