Matthew Turnbow, Medic (68W)

SGT Turnbow is outstanding in his duties, especially with patient care. His dedication to our clinic is the best I have seen so far. He puts our clinic, patient, and staff as a priority and is always willing to help out in any way he can, even though he has additional duties at his assigned company/battalion. We had a high turnover rate in staff, but SGT Turnbow always had the patience to teach and orient new incoming medics. We had a couple of medics who were struggling, and SGT Turnbow took them under his wing and helped them out tremendously by becoming better medics and soldiers. Overall, he is always in a ready state and is a great asset to our White Team Jenkins Clinic.
