I could tell from the first time I saw Maude that she was the epitome of what all patients believe that a nurse should be. A person who became a nurse because she wanted to help people. One who services all of her patient's like they were her own children. Even the care and patience she showed when training a student nurse who, thanks to Maude, will become an excellent nurse herself.
