My daughter was dropping me off at the front entrance of the hospital for my scheduled surgery. I have difficulty walking; my daughter was trying to juggle me, my cane and my hospital bag. Maureen approached us and without hesitation offered her assistance. She escorted me to the admitting area, was kind and friendly and helped to decrease my anxiety. Her kind act allowed my daughter the opportunity to park her car and not have to leave me alone. Thank you Maureen.
