There was an incident involving a patient in the same room as me. The patient in the same room as me was not taking his medication, against his medication against his doctor's wishes. The patient was acting aggressively toward every other person around him. Maureen Connolly was there to shield, de-escalate the situation, and shelter me in front of this aggressive patient. Both Maureen Connolly and SC put their patient's interests above their own safety.
