Maureen Lewis is always compassionate with the patients even if it is just helping them transfer to and from the vehicle. She is patient, thorough and explains why she is using a specific technique prior to helping a patient. Maureen always reassures the patient that after they leave Vibra and they have any questions she would be happy to help them with any concerns. Patients are always pleased to see her familiar face from the rehab side, and she is always wanting to know how they have progressed since leaving the inpatient side and if they need any help with new issues. I feel Maureen goes above the job of taking care of the patient's wounds, she cares sincerely about how they are cared for from the moment they enter Vibra to the moment they leave, and thereafter.
