Maureen Lieb, RN

My husband suffered a brain bleed and it has been 3 years that he has had aphasia.  Maureen Lieb has been wonderful to the both of us.  Either by phone or in person Maureen is a breath of fresh air. Always smiling, pleasant and engaging. She focuses on my husband and the questions are directed to him and patiently waits for him to answer. If I have to answer for him she acknowledges that but still keeps the contact with him. They have a common interest in running and she includes that in their conversation. All questions we may have are answered and never made to feel we are taking too much of her time. My husband is a veteran and his insurance is the VA.  Maureen has helped me navigate some of the issues we have faced. If I have a question I can call her and if she needs to contact the doctor she promises to call back and she does! I can count on her doing what she says she will. I feel I can trust her and her information. I only wish there were more Maureens around.
