Maureen Markward, BSN, RN

Maureen makes chemo a “happier place”. It was not a very pleasant thought to be punctured in your port and hooked up to 3 hours of chemotherapy with chemicals dripping into your body. Somehow Maureen does it so efficiently while at the same time being so friendly and funny, it makes you think you are visiting with a sweet friend. She always takes time to answer questions and listen to your life happenings. She is a bright and shining happy light in a place that can be dark and scary. I am so thankful for her as my nurse!
