Maureen Omondi, RN

Our daughter was admitted to the ICU. I was holding her hand on day two in the ICU; she was unconscious and had a seizure. They announced a code blue, and Maureen Omondi was the first on the scene in seconds. She was calm and professional. She felt for a pulse and said my daughter had a pulse, and then she lost the pulse. I exited the room as more people came in. The next thing I saw was Maureen giving her chest compressions. I prayed, and shortly after that, everything seemed to calm down. They said my daughter was okay. I was scared but went back into my daughter's room. We are now 17 days past that day and leaving the ICU. I am very grateful to Maureen for saving her life.
