A patient woke up, and their hearing aids were no longer on the tray table. The patient was very nervous about her missing hearing aids.
Maureen called the patient's family to see if they took them home. When she learned they did not take her hearing aids, she helped search all of her belongings with no luck. She saved the day by thoroughly searching the trash and finding them in a small medicine cup.
