There are not enough words to say about Maury! I was scheduled to be induced with our second baby. He had been measuring big my entire pregnancy so I was very nervous. Maury came in at 7:00 am and was so happy and joyful. I instantly started feeling a little better. I had to have two epidurals, as the first one didn’t take. Maury never left my side, listened to every concern I had, and never just blew me off. When my blood pressure dropped as I neared pushing time, she kept me, my husband, and my mom calm and informed about what was happening, and again, never left my side. She coached me through an hour of intense pushing, all while keeping the room in order! Our baby boy was born 9 pounds and 9 ounces and I couldn’t have done it without her! We were so blessed by her and so thankful she was our nurse!
