My husband came to the main campus for emergency surgery. Needless to say, we were pretty scared. Max cared for my husband during the last two days of his stay, and I was completely impressed by how secure Max’s skills and bedside manner made us feel. Max was transparent with everything he was doing and advocated for my husband and for me. I needed lessons for the at-home care, which was taking time to get. Max contacted the right people and ensured I got the education I needed. Plus, we never had to call for Max. He was consistently checking in, always available and kept to the medicine schedule strictly.

The sense of confidence and relief Max provided was fantastic. I am so thankful to have had Max in our corner.
