Max seems to go out of his way to keep us informed of everything. He takes very good care of our mother. He is very gentle with her and very patient as well. We don't see how he has the time to do it, but he always seems to be able to take care of her needs. Our family thinks very highly of him. All the nursing staff are good, and Max is the best!
