My wife had an ileostomy and I had made many bag changes but noticed some redness and tenderness on a bag change one Saturday. I placed a call to May that day not expecting a call back till Monday as it was not an emergency. Within 10 minutes May called me back; on a Saturday! Are you kidding me? She called me back on a Saturday! Last I looked Saturday falls on the weekend. She spent 10 minutes talking to me through my concern and verified what I thought was happening. I saw her next a few days later and gave her a hug. Her commitment to us was outstanding and comforting. Thank you again May - Yes, on a Saturday!
