May is a team player and good communicator who constantly strives to help make 5East run as smoothly as possible. As a relief charge nurse, she deals with patients, staff, and physicians with great skill and sensitivity. May wears many hats in the unit without being asked. You'll find her covering the monitor tech, answering phone calls as equally as efficient as the ward clerk, running like a bullet to respond to bed alarms and a patient advocate.
May is an excellent team player! May is always helpful to patients and visitors, exemplifying the Kaiser Permanente core values and service excellence standards.
