Maya Allman, RN

During my recent hospitalization at the Indianapolis VA Hospital, I was blessed to receive great care from doctors and nurses. One, Maya Allman stood out for her caring and empathy. I felt she truly believed it was an honor to be serving Veterans in their time of illness and need. She went above and beyond medical care making certain I was comfortable and had all needs met. Nothing was too trivial. She even made sure I had coffee and snacks if I chose. I couldn’t help but overhear conversations with even the most obstinate patients; Maya always had encouraging, comforting words to calm the patient. She is to be commended for her service.​
