Mayra was incredibly welcoming to my mom and me. Surgery of any sort is nerve-wracking, and having to come in for that at 5:00 AM is even harder. Having Mayra’s warm smile and wonderful bedside manner put us at ease and helped my mom feel comfortable. Mayra took great care of my husband in pre-op, and she was kind, and I could tell she truly cared about my husband. She was courteous, professional, and helped with a tough IV situation. Very kind and a pride of the profession. Competent, friendly. Answered questions. Bonus: spoke Spanish.
