My dad is hospitalized on the 3rd floor and has been here over a week. My dad is fortunate to have Nurse Mayra for the past two days caring for him. I want you to be aware that Mayra is the best nurse my dad has ever had, and he is 83 years old! Mayra is so professional and skilled. She made sure that my dad had everything that he needed and required. She is so kind and made sure to answer any questions we had. Under her care, my dad got exceptional care. Mayra is such an asset to your hospital. So many times in life we do not convey our gratitude and this letter is to acknowledge the wonderful care my dad received under the care of Mayra.
