Mayvelyn Ratzlaff, RN

Mayvelyn was patient and very kind as she cared for my mother. She explained procedures, meds, and how the various aspects of my mother's process affected her current status. She seemed very knowledgeable and had a positive, caring attitude. We appreciated that we had a nurse of this caliber caring for our mother. Although I stayed with my mother, Mayvelyn made me feel like I didn't have to. I am truly thankful for the level of care she provided to my mother!

Mayvelyn has gotten us everything we need without us even having to ask. We thought the nurse yesterday was amazing, and Mayvelyn has been even better. Mayvelyn is very sweet and takes the time to explain everything.
