McKayla was recognized by her supervisor by always going above and beyond her call of duty. She provides a helping hand consistently with her colleagues, is often heard asking her peers if they need assistance so their days are better. She is also a preceptor who has helped novice nurses with their critical thinking skills to improve their practice.
