McKaylie was incredible. She went out of her way to be cheerful, humorous, when appropriate, and compassionate. A shining example for the face of St. Luke's Hospital. We were frantic and afraid, and she went out of her way to calm the patient down and soothe her. She was anxious and didn't have meds or take them, (ruptured appendix). McKaylie kept her calm even in the worst of pain, she was compassionate, efficient, intuitive, and genuine.
