McKell Epperson, LPN

I have now been to the NRMC walk-in clinic twice and both times McKell has been my nurse. Going to the walk-in clinic was something that made me nervous. Dr. K has been my doctor since I was 13 and he and his nursing staff are my comfort zone. Because of the professionalism and personality of McKell on my first visit, I was willing to try them again. Thank goodness I had her again. She made me totally comfortable, was knowledgeable about what was going on with my shoulder, and (best part) her shots didn’t hurt a bit! I couldn’t feel them! That was a huge deal for me because I am terrified of needles! I am so thankful NRMC walk-in clinic has nurses who are well trained and willing to go the extra mile for patients. Make sure you hold onto this one! The nurse treated me with the utmost respect and was very nice and kind. I am very appreciative of all the hard work that is done here and the way they treat the patients.
