My husband entered CTU from the ED. All rooms were full, so we were happy to get to a room. Mckenna welcomed us to the floor and thoroughly explained procedures, what to expect, and patient rights. She made my husband comfortable physically and mentally. Unfortunately, we were still here when she returned on her next scheduled day. She was a joy if confined to a hospital. She met every request we had. She explained everything that was being tested. If I missed a Dr., I knew she would give me a thorough update. She connected with my husband’s farming interest, and then she admitted she really did not know much except what her fiancé had told her. We laughed often and are blessed to have her as our nurse
