When she first started at SJRMC in the residency program she was asked to hand in her shift report notes to her educator for review. Upon review of her report sheet, it was noted that she had made some notes on the back and there were descriptions of the patients likes and dislikes and how to best interact with the patient; she called the patient’s sister and asked questions and how to better care for her patient. She has demonstrated compassion & empathy for her patients and continues today to provide excellent care.
