I came into the hospital knowing what my surgery was but not understanding what it would entail. McKenzie got me through this hospitalization with her thoughtfulness, caring, and warmth. She answered all my questions, fulfilled all my requests, and did so with exceptional warmth and humanity. Many people can be taught to be good nurses but McKenzie is more than that. She is an exceptional nurse at every level. I wish all my nurses were of her caliber. She made my ordeal bearable and I thank her for it.
