From the moment we were admitted for induction the process was seamless. McKenzie came on to the morning shift a few hours after I was admitted for induction. She was flawless with love, support, and selflessness the entire time. She made me feel as if it was my first time having a kid and being a positive voice when I had moments of unsure thoughts. McKenzie went above and beyond to welcome our little E into this world. Her personal touch, the right words, or just knowing when quiet was acceptable. I would choose McKenzie over and over again. My husband and I would love to make sure she is honored in some way to let others know she is the epitome of what qualities an L&D nurse should have!
