Fortunately for my husband, the GWU emergency room staff was remarkable and exceeded all expectations. The ER team led by Dr. M was swift, efficient, and compassionate. In a flurry of events that are at best blurry to me, the ER team completed a battery of tests and had plotted a path to resolve the medical crisis. I would like to thank Meagan and Matthew for taking such good care of him throughout the night in the emergency room. Both were decisive, confident and action-oriented. Not only did they make my husband more comfortable but relieved my stress as I knew he was being well taken care of. I am sure that Dr. M, Meagan and Matthew were only a part of the team and that there are many others that contributed to the diagnosis and treatment of my husband. Thank you all.
