Not only is Meagan very valuable to our department and our organization, but also to our patients and their families. After all, isn't that what it's all about? She has been described as compassionate, cheerful and friendly. She is professional and flexible with her ability to take many different assignments. Meagan has become a resource to others as she has progressed in her RN role. She instills confidence in others through her calming demeanor and trustworthiness.
