Meagan is the perfect example of the hospital's mission and values. Her patients are not only well educated but cared for as if they are one of her own family members. She shows true compassion for all, no matter what their situation. She shows a true commitment to her nursing role by assuring their safety and mental well-being is always a priority. She also proves to be an excellent team player by going above and beyond to make sure our jobs are made a little easier by doing all the little things we sometimes get to a little late. Her knowledge is exceptional, and I am learning from Meagan every shift. When taking over Meagan's patients they rave about the care they obtained from her and the patience and understanding they were given. I have had multiple families and patients say nothing but positive remarks about Meagan each shift and she is who I look up to as a nurse and who I want by my side through my nursing career.
