Meagan R Bailey, RN

Meagan works Acute Care on night shift. She has not been a nurse for very long but occasionally she gets floated to ICU or I get floated to Acute Care. I cannot list just one story, but EVERY time I have worked with her, no matter how busy she is, or what is going on I can rest assured she will ask "Is there anything I can do for you?" or "Can I help you with something?" When she is floated to ICU she is always willing to learn something new or help with something. I have been a nurse for a long time, and it is refreshing and inspiring to see this in the newer generations of nurses. We sometimes forget our focus and Meagan helps remind us of why we are here.
