Meca met all my needs before I knew them myself. I was so afraid, and she supported me emotionally and it helped me so much to relax. She was gentle and kind. Provided patient education. She went that extra mile. She made me feel that the VA and her, care about my staff on 4BN. She explained about my test I was going to have and blood work and when they would be done. Very professional nurse.
