• We had to endure an 11.5 hour procedure and Meg was a timely, energetic, and informative angel. As the hours passed, I clung to the moment I would see her again and she took her hourly reports seriously which helped diminished my anxiety while waiting.
• Meg made us feel very good knowing our son was with us step by step and answering our questions. Her smile was a big help.
• She was such a pleasant person coming out to let us know how our daughter is doing in surgery …she is a very very very nice person.
