December 2020 Honoree
meg lowman, RN
My father had a stroke while visiting from CO. He had a very rough time the first 72 hours with aggression and fear. Meg was incredibly compassionate, kind, and respectful in her care. He was combative and unable to vocalize anything. Even in the darkest moments, she spoke to him with the warmest words and kindest tones. It was such a comfort to my family. Meg would check on us to make sure we were well and our concerns were addressed. Meg is a gem and a true testament to the profession of nursing.
Thank you, Meg, for your exceptional compassion, advocacy, and dedication to your patients. You truly make a difference.
