Megan floated from ICU to help us on U600 Med/Surg when we were short. She has a positive attitude and always asked if we needed help. She even gave a medication we don't usually give on this floor and we were able to save the patient a transfer. She was able to use her ICU skills to monitor the patient. We truly appreciated her floating to help us. Megan is an excellent team player! She exemplifies great team work and has good communication skills with different departments, patients and family members.
