Megan attended to me after my C-section in the mother-baby unit. She was patient, very helpful, and went above and beyond when I lost my pumping bra. She looked everywhere, the dirty linens, the trash, and even the unit's dirty linen closet. She got her nurse leader involved and they were able to find my pumping bra.
Every time she came into the room she came in with a smile and was very professional using AIDET as a tool to communicate with my husband and me. She has so far been the most understanding and helpful.
