My roommate at the hospital had a very complicated discharge, made more difficult by her English language difficulty. Megan spent 2 hours on a translation website going over her medication instructions. She could not have been more patient, kind and lovely. I even heard her trying to learn Spanish during this discharge. She was very kind and compassionate and made me feel at ease.
