We asked Megan to make sure our grandfather was doing okay while we went home and showered, and she went above and beyond. Staying until 9:30 pm when her shift ended at 7 pm. She checked on him every 10 minutes and talked to him so that he didn't feel so alone until we arrived back at the hospital that night. She was so gentle and caring and walked us through everything she did. Megan was very careful with her words but direct. She always had a smile and gives a great hug. She's one of the best we've had so far here. She always made sure we had anything we needed to be comfortable. She kept him clean and well groomed. She made it a little easier for us to deal with the hardest thing we've ever faced. Thank you, Megan.
