I've been coming to Jones for 18 years. I've been hospitalized and in the ER a lot because I have an autoimmune disease. I have always felt like I was just a number or frequent flyer. Well, this nurse changed that. She made me feel like I was the most important patient she had. She took the time to explain things and let me know what they were doing and what to expect. We need more nurses like this one; she is the best nurse I have ever had. She most definitely went out of her way to make me feel I was important and my sickness was important for her to figure out.
