When my husband came into the Emergency Department, Megan entered the room. She immediately began to put me at ease—something I desperately needed, as my husband was not in a good state. From the very beginning, Megan was informative, compassionate, attentive, and truly exceptional. She answered every question I had with patience and clarity, and her presence alone reassured me that my husband was in great hands.

Despite the ER's busy atmosphere, Megan never made us feel rushed or overlooked. She took the time to ease our fears and truly connected with us on a human level. Her bedside manner is something to be celebrated—it was warm, genuine, and comforting during one of the scariest moments we've faced.

Megan’s kindness and care meant the world to us. I honestly don’t know how I would have made it through the experience without her calm, caring touch. I told her before she left how amazing she is at her job, but I want to make sure others know it, too. She deserves to be recognized for the incredible difference she made in our lives that day.
