When I came on board as an employee, Megan went well above and beyond to make me feel like a part of the team. She introduced me to the staff in the most positive way a person can be introduced. The support she gives me is like no other support I have had working in health care. She has a very upbeat and positive attitude not only to all staff members but to the residents she serves.

I have watched her sing, hug, laugh, and attentively listen to a story with residents. I could go on and on about all the things she does to make Echo Ridge the most inspiring place to work or live. She will drop everything to help her residents and employees, anything she can do just to make their day easier. I am truly blessed to have her as a partner!

Since Megan became our Director of Nursing, along with being our house manager, I have seen how much she cares for all our residents and our staff. She has such a jovial personality and loves to check on everyone. She will ask us how we are doing. She will engage in a one-on-one activity with a resident when it presents itself. I notice how kind she is to the staff and so genuine. She works very hard at both positions.

When she is in your presence, you can feel she really wants to engage. She is kind, funny, genuine, helpful, caring, compassionate, and attentive to others' needs. When she is presented with an issue, she looks for a resolution. She does not let an issue, whether good or bad, be ignored. She is very tidy and likes to keep our facilities always looking good. She is one of a kind.
