Megan was on duty three nights. From the beginning, she spoke gently and showed true concern about getting our agitated patient (my husband) comfortable. She made suggestions and followed through. When she returned later in the week and found him still here and more confused, she "organised" a bedside bath to help him relax. Juesus was her PCA who assisted. Sadly, in the wee hours of the next day, she received many cross words from my typically gentle spouse. She was a trooper.
