Megan always puts the safety of her patients first. She refuses to cut corners or back down when it comes to a high standard of care. Megan is an example of commitment and dedication that is so valued in nursing. She is a strong critical thinker and protector of the patient. She is not afraid to stand up for her patient's needs. If I were to ever need surgery, I would trust Megan completely to be my circulating nurse.
