Megan is always going above and beyond for her patient and even patients not assigned to her. She was so busy with her own patients one shift, but she still found time to help bathe a patient she wasn't even caring for that day. This is a perfect example to me of collaborating with the healthcare team to meet patient needs. She is definitley a role model on our unit, always smiling and putting smiles on her patients and co-workers faces.
