Megan has been extremely on point in helping our son and us to make this (being in the NICU) an experience that was manageable. When the baby had serious rashes due to constant diaper use, she made sure to go above and beyond to help him heal it. She did a complete set-up in his bed to help him air out his bum. It helped him immensely since his bum got the chance to dry out. She also made sure he completed his feedings to help him get home sooner. Forever obliged to her and her efforts, she even wrote a song for him, which was pure joy. The song she wrote is now part of his lullaby, and we appreciate her for going above and beyond to care for our son!
