Megan was overall an amazing person and nurse. She is very kind, caring, and compassionate with an excellent bedside manner. Also, very knowledgeable overall. We were blessed to have Megan as our nurse for the first four days in the ICU. She was very attentive to pain control, keeping my husband clean and comfortable.

She never made us feel like we were a bother if we needed something or had questions. If she did not have an answer, she got one for us. As my husband progressed with improvements, she offered continued encouragement and was always his cheerleader. At one point, my husband gave us a scare when he went into a fit. Megan was on it immediately and got all the appropriate help. She stayed at his bedside until the time was appropriate to update me.

There was another specific time I was feeling very overwhelmed, and Megan offered me a shoulder to cry on and gave me a very needed hug and words of encouragement. By the time Megan’s day off rolled around, we felt as if she were family. There are too many things I could say about our Angel Nurse, Megan. She made being in the hospital much more tolerable with her care and presence.

Megan, we wish you all the love, care, and blessings in the world. You will always hold a special place in our hearts.
