Upon my friend's arrival to 5506, Megan displayed a caring, compassionate and willing attitude. She immediately introduced herself and then began to confidently initiate her responsibilities as a nurse in charge! She explained to me everything that was going on and let me know when the neurologist was on the floor. She just cared, I can't emphasize how important that was, especially in this situation.
